this is a private web script in pablike no and I installed on the hosting from the control panel ,so as I understand it remains only to alter the VIP menu in to save users.ini + if the rights are registered in that vips.ini and users.ini sometimes kicks with the server at a change of a card or simpl...

It would be nice to do this only for vip players
