Bro, it's easy to add items.
Step 1: Download any extra-item you want to add. Here Extra-Items
Step 2: Copy all models, sounds and sprites and paste in you're server folder.
Step 3: And you can add Plugin like any plugin.

No you can't unless you add specific extra-item (Taking Golden AK-47 as you example).

You can change item's name cost or limit in "ze_extraitems.ini" file.

IDK, i used this native on ze_core.sma in score Hud for adding "FreeVIP: Active" Hud.
