Player Join Server Spam Restarting

I saw few days a go when a player drop(trying to join in server) while all humans are in countdown the server restarting showing "Escape Success" and then countinue to restart again

The plugin is bad coded. I'll let u know what bugs i faced: 1. If i disconnect from server and enter again the costumes remain on my player skin and if i become zombie the costumes remain on zm skin 2. When a new round begins and if i open the menu costumes and still on it and become zm i can choose...
