Players can't join on Windows Pack

Hey guys, i'm back after few months and i'm testing my own server with ZE Windows Pack i'm inviting my friends they can't join and here's the console on them cs. P¨s for me i can join the server and xfakeplayers can join only people can't join.

U can't give them this IP !
This is your local IP
U must give them your static or dynamic IP
If u have Route Forward Your IP

www.google.com
Search there
My IP Address !
It will show u your ip address !
Then give that IP to them like this
mypublicip:port

Bro i found my public ip and i added port but none can join people. i tested with bots too bots can connect only with local ip. :/

because you must open ports at 192.168.1.1

Oh my gode no i changed password on this 192.168.1.1 and i forget it 1 year ago !

then u can't make anyone join the server!
route forwarding must be done in order for other people to join your dedicated server!
so case closed and problem solved?

Lol i got a game server on vps for free :p i'm gonna making new server i will share it here soon
