well , the error mean that you don't have a permession to start or use the HLDS .
enter to your VPS SSH and write the following commandes :
xx mean your Server FTP Main Username .
then claim the owner of the HLDS by the command bellow :
then start the server .

cd /home/ogp_agent/OGP_User_Files/xxthen claim the owner of the HLDS by the command bellow :

chmod +x hlds_linux
