new in forum , need help !!!

hi everyone this is the first time i visit this forum and i found it very helpful with great plugins and more suggestions !

my problem is that every plugin here is working by reapi rehlds .. i want to test these plugins in my local server and my server coudn't accept this plugin

could someone help me how to fix this ! and thanks !
