[ZE] Addon: Infection Effect

Hi, i converted this plugin:

Description:
- Add Infection Effect when you get infect by someone (not auto of random)
Installation & Instructions:
- Simply install it like any plugin.

@lizoumapper,i was have same problem of you,but i converted it from zp with myself and now its working fine with me
