I was going to suggest it that the Menu should Be Like This

Say /vm

[ZE] V.I.P Menu

1- Weapons
2- Test
3- Test

In Number 2 and 3 they can add Anything

And All the VIP extra Items Will appear In Weapons Menu

And One More Suggestion

U will have to make a new flag

Flag E access to open VIP menu Or not
