Bro, it's easy to add items.
Step 1: Download any extra-item you want to add. Here Extra-Items
Step 2: Copy all models, sounds and sprites and paste in you're server folder.
Step 3: And you can add Plugin like any plugin.

You don't need to put item's name or cost, because it will be automatically generate when you add new item.
Also there are many tutorial for adding a plugin.
