Hello there,

I just want to ask if some of you guys face this problem before,
well I have Zombie escape server, today an issue happens with lots of players, they can't connect to my server and reason "Failed to contact game servers", However there is some players can join and play normally.
I don't know why this happens, and I can't find any error in logs that link with this problem, I don't know if its a hosting problem, or game files.

I hope you guys help me to find a solution for this problem.

OK let me explain. Yesterday one of friends using OVH Anti-DDoS GAME contacted me regarding this issue also. Furthermore my brother running two servers with same protection and he have same issue. With my little knowledge and tests with OVH Anti-DDos GAME i can tell you that problem in this protection from OVH side.

What you can do? You can contact OVH support to solve this issue. If you buy from reseller contact them to contact OVH.

The issue is that OVH Anti-DDoS GAME can not filter the packets well, it filter some legit packets as bad ones that's why some will be able to connect while others not.

Temp. Solution: For now you can disable the UDP Anti-DDoS mitigation till OVH fix this.

Unfortunately, Nothing happens, Players still can't join to the serve, even after disabling the UDP Anti-DDoS mitigation.
So you think its from Hosting, not from the game mod files!?.

I can not join, give me time i'll tell my brother to tell his host to disable any kind of filters. and see.

It's not related to Mod, it's hosting issue. Same in my brother two servers i can not join.
If you can contact your support and tell them to disable any kind of ddos protection for your machine and try.

Yes, it works now, Players joins perfectly, Thanks so much for your helping.

For me also, disabled totally the GAME Firewall and it's working on my brother two servers without problems.

Till OVH get this fixed we will need to handle any DDoS attack manually. If you got ddos just let me know i can block it manually. Same for my brother case
