You probably didn't install rehlds API or you didn't update it to the last version. Go and update every rehlds system.
I used the latest version of ReHLDS v3.13.0.788.

Do you have any experience on amxx pawn / running a cs 1.6 server?
@jhudug Try GSClient. Works fine!!
Do that when you install the game on shortcut that's exists in desktop (Look photo over) and after you do that, Don't never open the GSClient from game directory, Because when you will open cs.exe will do auto update and will remove latest version of regamedll_cs that's installed your in game. Always open GSClient from shortcut in your desktop, Don't forget follow steps in this tutorial here: How to install Mod?.
