Hey guys i already have vps and i tryed to install my own pack via FTP.

I'm not sure why this happen but try to set execute access to this file:
chmod +x hlds_linux also chmod + x hlds_runHe who fails to plan is planning to fail

bro the solution is the commands you gived me to write on putty for vps.
