server crashes sometimes after new map round starts!

Yes the server crashes on new map start or manual amx_cvar sv_restartround 1
not all the time but like 1 out of 12...From the previous version till now.

Can you tell me, how can i get this crash?
What can i do to get this crash so i can tracing this issue and if it's problem it will be fixed.

yes so there must be like more than 20 players and u restart the round manually after changing the map just as the mode start!

I tried this but server not crashed with more than 25 players.
If you can produce this crash on pure Mod please tell us how. If it's happen to your server so maybe there is issue with aother plugin so you may post your plugins list and we guess which may do this.
