VIP system without the ini file?

Hey there,
It's my first thread here and I want to thank everyone for making any efforts on this mod,
It's really a nice work of all of you guys
My question is, is it possible to use VIP System without ze_vips.ini, using Amxbans for example (defined "b" access)?
I don't mind that all the VIPs have the same flags
