I encountered some problems with the database saves, but first I want to mention something, xp and coins are lost when you change on a new map, ie if you change on the same map x times nothing happens, but if you change another map on some players the data is reset to 0! What can I do?

The problem in your host seems the connection to the DB is very slow.
Which host do you use? If you have VPS/VDS or a dedicated server then use local database, it will be very fast and will not cause any problem.
